Founded by Ashley McHan, a mindbody psychotherapist and yoga teacher with 20 years’ experience, Retreat is more than a studio—We use Yoga Psychology and modern therapeutic understanding to help you:

  • Cultivate resilience through sustainable, functional movement.

  • Heal in community, because we believe women grow best when they are witnessed and supported.

  • Find new ways of coping and caring for yourself through not only movement, but connection creativity, and play.
